Hello sir/madam,
I'm 25 years old suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis. In June 2020 my right hip was replaced ( ceramic on Poly) . Now there is no pain, no stiffness..I can walk without any problem. I can ride scooter as well. Now my question is , should I start exercises for my back? Should I start swimming?
Thank you for your reply.

Hello. Good evening.
If you are comfortable with the joint, you can start doing exercises for your back..
Swimming may cause pain sometimes.
You can attempt short distance initially, if you are comfortable, then you may gradually increase..
