I am a 42 year old Female with Uterine Fibroid of 4cm. Can I do Abdomen Exercises like sit ups, reverse crunches, leg rises etc and also can I practice Surya Namaskar in yoga ??
Request to please provide guidance since I am very fond of exercising.

Yes. You can practice Yoga.
Your fibroids are very small. They will not interfere with any of your activities.
