Exercise to reverse pelvic prolapse
I am suffering from pelvic organ prolapse since 5 month n I don't know what to do I don't want to go through any surgery . I just want a natural way to treat it. I need exercises which can help me reversing the prolapse . At the same time my weight is more than it supposed to be . So plz suggest me what to do

Firstly make all efforts to reducing weight, at Slimming Center. Do Pelvic Floor, Lower back & Core muscles exercises wd a good Physiotherapist & also learn the posture correction. Do these exercises regularly,wd full indulgence & intelligently.
Next Steps
Do mild heating at pain area of lower abdomen & Consult a good Gynaecologist also.
