Exercises for Peripheral Neuropathy
Hi Sir/Ma'am, I am currently having Front Thigh nerve pain in both legs, more in right leg than left leg. My symptoms are- when I walk, sit or stand for sometime say 20/30 minutes or so I get front thigh nerve pain, when I walk my thigh muscles most of the times feels loose, I sometimes get little bit of irritation like hot or burning sensation in my front thigh and sometimes when I walk I can feel my thigh nerves while walking. Please kindly help me 🙏and suggest me proper exercises for this thigh nerve pain and for peripheral neuropathy in thigh and legs. And also will this go away with exercises? Please help me out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxvRQ9ZJ8vQ Chiropractic adjustment will help. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

It may be due to femoral nerve compression through inguinal ligament.Its easly diagnosed through some physical examination .It's also called as  meralgia paresthetica.
