Existential crisis
Hi, Around 2 months back, due to a chest pain related problem I got very scared and believed I was very close to death. Though the chest pain was due to inflammation in cartillage, the experience impacted me mentally. I was pushed into thinking about the meaning of life and such other questions(existential crisis) It is affecting my day to day life now. I feel depressed even when the chest pain is not there. What is the best way to come out of this?

Take some professional help for the dillema you have been facing to get back to normal day to day activities. It could be a long journey of self awareness. I am sure you will do it.  All the best.
