Hi,
Around 2 months back, due to a chest pain related problem I got very scared and believed I was very close to death. Though the chest pain was due to inflammation in cartillage, the experience impacted me mentally. I was pushed into thinking about the meaning of life and such other questions(existential crisis) It is affecting my day to day life now. I feel depressed even when the chest pain is not there.
What is the best way to come out of this?
