External thrombosed hemor
Hello im 30 years of age dealing with my first that im aware of external thrombosed hemorrhoid i did notice some slight bleeding months ago but wasn't to alarmed. Ive been dealing with it for about 5 days and think it has gotten larger and become more purple. It has been painful at some points but not sure if it's gotten better or worse. basically want to know if i should continue with home treatment or should i get consultation about surgery or other form of treatment.

?? External Hemorrhoids. Try Tab Sitcom 1Tab  daily. Dulcolax suppositories if constipation is there. Anovate Cream to be applied at bed time & before going for morning toilet with plenty of water by mouth.
Next Steps
If it gets better in 5-7days then continue above for 2 weeks. If not see a surgeon then
