Extreme​ alcoholaddiction. Should we do?

My father drinks whiskey at least 1.5-2l per day..now when he has no money he steal , borrow money from here and there. Biggest concern is that now when he has to go Office ie out of Delhi ..he sees something/someone that can be man/woman. We are in trouble there is no peace.he shouts Everytime,by looking here n there (there is no one around).we need help .we are confused what to do since he can be suspended from office. He talks to so called people that he see.he can't even sleep properly without sleeping pills ie Ativan that too he sometimes take 3-4 in drunk condition . somebody plz help its is going out of control.we can't even sleep or do our daily routine properly. He is physically violent too.he also smokes cigarettes and eats pan masala . WHAT SHOULD WE DO ? PLEASE HELP US ASAP.!!!
