Extremely painful menstrual cycle
I am 30 years old female. Periods were always painful for me. But lately it's becoming unbreable. Because of this am completely bed ridden for 2-3 days, heavy bleeding, mild fever, nausea, acne problem, extream mood swings. I did thyroid testing, sonography multiple times during 2016-2017 and everytime doctor gave me meftal spas. This has been going on since 2015 and I was thinking it's normal, pain is normal but with every month it's increasing. I miss office for 2 days every month because of pain. Recently I consulted two doctors here on practo as I am stuck in small village and can't go out due to lock down. One doctor suggest it's cyst related issues and prescribed birth control another said it's endometriosis and suggested Dienogest. Local doctor says it's due to acidity (pitta issue) Kindly suggest what should I do. Is this normal? I want to do basic test at least before taking any medicine so am asking for suggestions.
