Helow docs. i am highly myopic in one eye and less myopic in another eye. Last month i went through a dilated retinal examination and everything was fine. From past couple of days i am seeing 3-4 dot like tiny floaters which are new and were not present before. what i should i do now? is this serious? i am worried too much..

you have recently undergone  fundus  examination. and everything was ok .hence  need not to worry. just  omit them  .take  some antioxidant.  avoid  stress and strain. if using computer or excessive  mobile  then  put  lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily.

Being high myope in one eye..floaters i.e. dots in front of eyes is common. Do not worry if they constant and not increasing frequently. If the number and frequency increases which is noticeable do consult ophthalmologist.

Are you experiencing these floaters for the first time or have they been there and disappeared earlier also. If you are experiencing them for the first time you must go for a dilated examination of your retina once again. As it's better to be safe than sorry. Floaters are a sign in case of retinal tear or holes which are again common in myopes as are these floaters.
Next Steps
Get your dilated funds examination done once again.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weights, doing strenuous exercises and work as such activities in myopes increase chances of retinal tears/holes and subsequently retinal detachment.
