Till then you can put some antibiotics eye drops eg moxicip eye drops 2hrly

Eye ointment ocupol /chlorocol - apply like Kajal in both eyes, twice a day.
Use sunglasses, avoid rubbing ur eyes. Use a soft cloth for wiping your eyes and keep it away from other people.
