Hello , The information is incomplete. Pain since how many days? Yellow 'acne'? In the eye or the eyelid skin.? There can be at least 15 different causes for redness in eyes. One to.one examination is mandatory in this case. Any hospital that's open would definitely see you as an emergency case.
Next Steps
consult an ophthalmologist as soon as possible
Health Tips
don't put any drops without diagnosing your condition first. taking a temporary oral painkiller is fine.

Your condition is not clear .. would be helpful if some photos are attached.. as I understand it- if it is stye that you are talking about , hot water fomentation and any plain antibiotic eye drops help. As there is such severe pain it’s better to consult an ophthalmologist at the earliest..
