It is difficult to give a specific diagnosis with just the history alone, I would advise you to meet an opthalmologist to be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations to rule out the cause of the closure of the right eye and to rule out any nerve involvement.

some questions I might ask that will give me little idea about your history
1. Do you have any other symptoms other than this?
2. Is there headache?
3. Blurred vision in that eye?
4. Any episode of seizures?
5. Inability to sweat normally?
6. Have family members been struggling with other issues such as asthma, high blood pressure, alcoholism, or other substance abuse?
