Eye redness and itchiness

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have been having eye redness and itchiness in right eye since 9 days and I have been applying Acupat and Systane eye drops 3 times a day. The itchiness has gone but redness hasn't, and has become worse. Itchiness comes back if I don't apply the eye drop. Today after 8 days even my left eye became itchy and red but vanished on its own. Please can you help.

Are you using computer or mobile regularly. If so please restrict the use of mobile and laptop Do cold compresses by ice And Continue with the medicines uou have.
