Since last 2 days i have redness in my right eye and there is pain as well. Eye is compressed due to it.

Hello Redness Could be due to dryness, allergy, conjunctivitis etc It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
