Eye redness
Both eyes red, no pain, no itching, no discharge or tearing, greyish coloration where red congested area meets cornea, some doctors diagnosed it as allergic conjunctivitis while one diagnosed it as rosacea keratitis and mgd, occasionally blood in stool usually accompanied by gas, sometimes white foamy substance comes out at end of pooping, no sneezing or cold symptoms, i did an allergy test in 2015 and was tested positive for chana dal and two types of pollen (however no itching anywhere)

hello it is not allegy regarding rosacea and MGD...it is difficult to comment as it is associated with acne rosacea...we need to see your face to see if it has acne

You seem to be suffering from marginal keratitis. Start mild steroid eyedrops such as Flurometholone or Loteprednol & lubricants such as Refresh tears. Dr Piyush Jain Netrajyot Eye Clinic.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can use a dexoren-s eye drops five times in a day for 3 days. Cap. Panum-L once a day half an hour before food for 5 days. Have smaller meals. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Consult a a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
