Eye redness
Hello. Commonly I use specks my eye sight is -3 but I don't have any problem with my eye sight, but from 1 month I am doing night shift job and job is off 9 hours work on computer so from 4 days I am having problem, my both eyes are red and mainly my right eye is full of red and a bit painful and little swollen so kindly suggest me a eye drop. Thank you

Hello There are many causes of redness like infection inflammation dryness etc It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily
Next Steps
Also follow some precautions eg follow 20.20. formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20  minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and antioxidants.
