Hello, looks like you have a foreign body sensation, the causes for which are many. Please elaborate more on your symptoms like any redness, watering, itchiness, intermittent blurring of vision etc... Any long hours of continuous PC work.... For immediate relief try lubricating eye drops like refresh tears or genteal eye drops thrice daily.. Please consult an ophthalmologist for further proper evaluation.
