My right eye is twitching from last one month. I Started wearing specs of half number anti glare blue cut lens because i have to work with computer. Is it normal as i am worried. Reason and remedies?

Please put lubricants like systane ultra in both ur eyes four times a day . U will feel better in a weeks time
