Eyebrow and scalp hair loss
My brother has been diagnosed with IBS recently. In the past few months he has had scalp and eyebrow hairloss. What could it be? Also are multivitamins safe to consume without doctor's prescription?

Your brother could be having alopecia areata which is an autoimmune disease and can spread.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Just like IBS is autoimmune, hair loss could have been due to autoimmune process.
