Eyebrow and scalp hair loss
My brother has been diagnosed with IBS recently. In the past few months he has had scalp and eyebrow hairloss. What could it be? Also are multivitamins safe to consume without doctor's prescription?

Your brother could be having alopecia areata which is an autoimmune disease and can spread. Please fix an appointment via Practo and send photo of affected areas for further evaluation

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Just like IBS is autoimmune, hair loss could have been due to autoimmune process. Anyways, please consult online for detailed consultation and treatment.
