A cold compresses
B. Restrict use of mobile and laptop
C. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently

Please get your refraction done. And if you are a regular computer user,It may be computer vision syndrome. You may put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids.
