Eyes problem
I am a computer science student and works for 6 hours on my laptop approx.
I want to ask you that do i need any anti reflection lense frame for my eyes. Or is it okay.
I just want to take precaution because i want to get select in Indian Army where i need 6/6 eyes.

You can use screen guard on the pc screen. and use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily. follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes .don't face towards A.C.. keep proper distance of screen from eyes ie approx 20 inches.
