Face related problem
I have very very tiny black dots on face and neck which does not cause any pain but still visible on face. I think they are flat warts. I don't know how and why I got these. They were there from many years but not disappearing. Does it requires medicines or any medical diagnosis. How to get rid of these... Recently I stopped pimple treatment medication... Please suggest some very safe process to remove these flat tiny warts from my face. How long should I continue treatment. Also I do not want to get back pimples during warts treatment. Kindly suggest. Thanks...
