Hi, My son is 18 years old has good Height and little in thinner side. His Hair growth is good and He has hair under arms pits also but he is not having any facial hairs.

Some men do not get proper beard growth on the face. The most common cause is genetic that is it may run in your family. Testosterone levels should also be evaluated for the same. Even if the levels of testosterone is normal, you hair may not be having receptors necessary for growth of beard on the face. There is a lotion that can increase the hairs density on face.
