You can schedule an appointment with the dentist for a session of teeth cleaning by a procedure called as scaling followed by polishing of the teeth.
But it is my ethical responsibility to highlight that the bigger issue is the habit of smoking which should be quit as soon as possible before other Irreversible damages begin to take shape.
