Factitious cheilitis
My lips have been crusting for the past several months.....near by doctor based on my hisory and examination made a diagnosis of factitious cheilitis.....i have been prescribed topical steroid kenacort..minimal improvement..
Are there any alternatives for cure as im very much concerned about long-term use of steroids???

Thanks for the query. Thats a very limited description to make any comments. I suggest you to see a dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Delaying may not be a good option unless you know what the diagnosis is. Hope it helps you.
