False HIV negative
I received oral sex 6years ago. After 6years I have done a 4th generation CMIA antigen and antibody test which is non reactive. Can I be satisfied that I am Hiv negative? I was using nasal steroids while I did the test as per my treatment adviced by doctor. Can it cause false negative?

But u should also get tested for other Sexually transmitted diseases
