Fasting sugar 94mg lowring
I am 27year male, from last 2years I am taking Telma 40 for high blood pressure. Today I have done blood sugar Fasting which has count 94mg, please tell me how should I lower the count without any medicine with dieting and regular activity.

Fbs 94 is much within limits.do regular exercise .avoid high carbohydrate diet. Restricted salt.

Blood Sugar is fine. However you should not be having Hypertension at this age. Improve your lifestyle ie diet & exercise, control stress. There is a long way to go.
