Hi there...Drink plenty of fluids, coconut water, avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment depends upon stool examination...Weight gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods, carbohydrates like rice etc, avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea, green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...for hair fall do not wash your hair too roughly, do not use many shampoos, you should not wash your hair with too hot water...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals, drink more water, manage stressful situations smoothly if possible avoid them, biotin supplements helps you...The speed of hair growth varies based upon genetics, gender, age, hormones. It may be reduced by nutrient deficiency...so cause for hair fall should be dealt properly...Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful...The tanning would most likely be due to increased exposure to sunlight. But you must also consider that there are several skin diseases which can pigmentation on the face. Also the use of steroid creams also can cause pigmentation over the face. Hence it best you consult a dermatologist. For now use a sunscreen like suncote gel morning and afternoon. And a face wash like ahaglow-s or spongysal face wash for oily skin. Wash your face regularly at least 2-3 times per day...hope this helps you... Regards.
