Father hbsag + , mother me (18 years) and sister 13years negative, my hbsab is 192 mIU/ml , sister hsab is 262 mIU/ml , mother took vaccine immediately after knowing negative but do we(me and sis)  need to take vaccine, and what should we do for protection in future , will we get positive even if we are protected from vaccine?
