Fatigue and depression
I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks before. I'm on Trajenta Duo 2.5/500mg. I go walking for 60 minutes a day. I'm always tired and confused, often I'm forgetting what I do. Where I kept things like that. Feeling so insecured. I don't remember things I did or what I have to do. I couldn't walk on road in day time for a shopping or visit a nearby friend house as I have a fear of getting dizzy. I get angry easily. I have checked my blood sugar level today and it shows reading of 115 in FBS and 135 in post prandial level. Can anyone help me out?

U need to get ur blood tests -Lipid profile,HbA1C, & a ECG ,chest xray for further evaluation otherwise a clinical examination is necessary at priority
