  4. Fatigue, chest problems. Be all anxiety?

Fatigue, chest problems
I have extreme fatigue all the time and blurred vision. The left side of my chest always feels full, like a moderate pressure all the time. Also my left shoulder and arm always hurt. I get so tired to the point that I feel like i could pass out or I struggle to stay awake. I've had a chest xray and ECG and they both came back normal. All this is affecting my life so much as it has been happening for around 3 months now. Could this be all anxiety? It feels like alot more.

Do u have cold,fever,cough?? How about your hemoglobin level in the blood??
