Fatigue Tiredness Leg pain Joint Pain.

I am A Teacher in Engineering College from past 1 year I am suffering from this tiredness fatigue leg pain joint pain I was very hesitant to go out side fear of something wil happen to me from that time.. doctor suggested all the blood test.. everthing came normal except vitamin d 13.7 and Trigercylides 220 doctor told it is because of anxiety they suggested uprise d3 for 3months but still I have the same symptoms I check fever but fever is not there but tiredness joint pain leg pain is there always sometimes in knee cut cut sound comes in have no energy no interest to work.. always feel the am un well.. I don't no what to do now.. if I get body pain I take dolon650, no I am.not taking anything just muktavati for slight innovated blood pressure how to cope of with this... thinks some disease is there.. I have did blood test twice in December 2019 and February 2020 and also ecg done and 2d echo done...but still I have this tiredness especially joint pain leg pain but no swelling
