Hi, my daughter's age by today is 5 years 3 months. She has had febrile seizures when high fever so far 3 times.
3rd episode -23june2024 today(30 secs)
2nd episode -23june2023(less than 1min)
1st episode - 10june2022(lees than 1min)
Our pediatrician said, no need to worry this time also and it is ok upto 6years age and leter if repeated need detail examination.
Anything should we worry? Please share your advice. If you see the dates.. the episode is repeating exactly after 1 year. I hope it is just a coincidence. Thanks!!

Febrile seizures are common in this age from 6 months to 6 years
Also need to see that her temperature does not rise above 100 in case of any infection
Use tepid sponging for same
Next Steps
If still seizures persists after 7 years then evaluation needed
