Feel weakness and tired
I feel weakness and fatigue all the time, for the last few years, when I go to the doctor and take medicines, I feel fine but after some time I have the same problem again. Asked for such as CBC, RFT, LFT, all my reports are normal, the doctor gives me some multi-vitamin tablets like (Actilife, Rev 3, Valido Plus, Siotone) and many more Ayurvedic and allopathic tablets that make me feel alright for some time, but my problem is not ending completely, please advise me I am suffering from this problem for about 4 to 5 years.

Is your Vit B12/ Vit D levels are normal ?
If you are a vegetarian you will require good protein intake .
are you facing any kind of digestion issues .
Drink plenty of water / liquids .
Health Tips
Avoid eating oily / spicy food .
