Hi,
My normal diet follows as below:
Morning 7 am : milk tea with suji rusk
9am : breakfast ,paratha sabji and cool milk with roohafsa
1 pm : lunch, roti dal and rice
I feel acidic in evening at around 4 pm and it is happening daily, could you please suggest what should i change or correct in my diet to avoid acidity.
