Hi... Please try to regulate your routine in terms of proper and timely Meals, Exercise, Breathing/Meditation, etc. and your Sleep will also gradually come back to order. This will work if the cause is more physiological. Though in most cases such sleep issues are purely cognitive in nature and therapeutic approaches like CBT work well.
