I feel extremely tired at evening every day. How can I solve this problem? I can't go to bed at evening right? I sleep every day at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am every day. I do running 30 mins, walking 10 mins at morning every day. I am vegetarian non alcoholic, non smoker. Throughout the day i continuously work like household cleaning, cloth washing, cooking for myself, go to market to bring fruits, vegetables. I stay alone. I am software engineer. Which doctor shall I consult for this problem? Please help me.
