Hi Sir/ Mam,
I am going through anxiety and panic attacks since 2015 but when I started managing my panic attacks. I stopped my medicine just one year back. I was having some matrimonial issues in my personal life. Right now struggling through divorce case and nothing is going on in positive direction. I am in that situation where she is not ready to come back and not giving me divorce. I am in deadlock situation. Due to this kind of situation there was distress in my married life. After she left home. I continued my treatment but in between I was feeling well and then I travelled to out of india but now again I am not able to sleep properly. My mind keeps on running and its habitual now. I am not able to handle any stressful situations right now. Just fear in mind of health, life is worse. Unusual cry when I am alone. Blame myself for everything. Maybe if I am not able to cope up my stress levels. Please help. I forget to eat nearby daily. Sometimes I forget whole day. please help
