So recently I've stopped mastrubating since past 10days but from last 2-4 days I've been In constant feeling that I'm about to eject seamen without doing anything this usually happens at night time before sleep and even if I think about some sensual stuff , after that on 10th day after leaving mastrubation at the end of the pee I suddenly found out seamen without feeling anything , I'm not sure what is the issue but it's really affecting my mental health right now ! Is this a big issue ? What Should u do ? Will it go by time it's due to I stopped mastrubating ? I have no idea and I really need help !!!!!!

Abruptly stopping masturbation leads to dhaat syndrome that is what u are experiencing. So u can decrease your masturbation to max twice a week, but dont completely stop it. Body needs some time to adjust in changed habits.
