Feeling low
I am facing some kind of issue, I become emotional and cry for no reason , start feeling left out alone . I don't know how to deal it. I feel negative nothing good in life. Please help me.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

The symptoms you are exhibiting surely affecting your mental health , but on the basis of few symptoms it's not wise to diagnose the whole problem .So first of all opt for proper evaluation of your problem and then start with the required treatment.

Has there been some stressor lately or have you been through a rough patch in personal life?  Also,  check if you have been on hevy medication recently for some problem. Once the reason is clear,  it is easier to plan the treatment. Seeking a psychotherapist will help you.
