I am unable to concentrate on anything. I feel sleepy all the time. I don't want to wake up. I fail to find happiness in anything.
Actually I have issue with my mother in law. I just cannot stand her. But I don't have any other option. She lives with us.
I have a 8 months old daughter and I feel she is suffering because of my bad mental state.
Please help me a way out. Should I go for medication?
