No weird feeling in stomach.
I get proper hungry and have good appetite
My sleep cycle is bad for past 4 5 days due to work.
Sleeping very late and getting up after 6 hours of sleep.
Overall I get this nausea feeling quite often
My diet is pretty average
Though I drink enough water.
I am not sexually active and lmp was 7 days ago.
I am on the 7th day of cycle.
What should I do? How to get rid of this symptoms?
