Feeling of something moving in anus
I get a feel like something is crawling in my anus, I don't visibly see any worms and this feeling usually happens when I use water pipe a lot after using the toilet. Could it be some infection dur to water? I don't get any itching as such just discomfort and weird feeling like something is crawling and going inside.

Just see in stools are there any visible worms. It could be worm infestation, if u have dewormed yourself before 3 months you can do it now. It helps you lot. Also check for any rash or white patch around the area. If you see so you can get the doctor consultation regarding that.
Next Steps
Check for rash and any worms in stools and Deworm yourself. Consult Doctor if you see rash, blood in stools, abdominal pain or if you have diarrhea. Do stool examination if symptoms persist.
