Feeling of swelling near anal opening
Sir/ma'am I am male 24 yr age , obese (100kg) and height 5'11. I have no medical issues but today I observed there is swollen gland/vein/ballon type structure near my anal opening close to groin region. It's not painful, not visible from skin surface. I can feel and hold it with my two fingers and while I press or shake that area I can hear liquid/jelly sound from it . But its not completely liquid, somewhat semi-solid. My stools is passing normally, nor its paining while I pass stool. I am worried. I have attached pictures. Thank-you.

It may be perineal inflammation. Need to consult a local general surgeon for clinical examination.
