Feeling stretch in right side of stomach

I am 27 years of old. From last two days i am feeling stretched muscle under my skin of right side stomach area. I have masturbation habbit. And i have strech marks both side of my stomach too. I dont have pain. I am feeling like my muscle being pulled out inside my skin. Please help
