Feeling whole body warm since 45 days
Felling warm to touch whole body  and forehead felling feverish whole body since more than month but when I check through thermometer my reading is between 97 to 98 fahrenheit,  also  when I seat in ac after some times forehead start to become hot and while I worked or walking I get sweat then there is no warmess in the forehead also in neck..,why it is happening? *I did dengue,malaria,typhoid test twice but negative. *I have did leptospira test but negative. *I did blood bacteria culture and urine culture but negative. *Urine examination test but negative. *HBsAG Eclia, HCV Eclia,HIV (Eclia) but negative. *Thyroid check up T3, T4 normal. *Vitamin b12 was 256, and I took 5 doses of vitamin b12. *I did cytomegalovirus test , it's positive( ig ) 46, iM negative. *I did C3 118 and c4 23 test . *Ana blot negative *Sonography=mild spleen enlargement, grade   fatty liver *Ct scan = Normal *PET scan =Normal. *WBC 3000, platelet 1.25 lakh since month rbc and haemoglobin normal,crp normal.

As per your report U have fever with leukopenia with thrombocytopenia with splenomegaly and past cmv infection Need other investigations for final diagnosis Like ferritin, triglycerides , fibrinogen And consult hematologist

You are having CMV(ig) positive which indicates past infection. Platelets is 1.25 lakh,which is less ie thrombocytopenia. You have mild splenomegaly. And final fatty liver. B12 was also low.
Next Steps
kindly do detail hemogram study under hematologist consultantion.

Your WBC and platelet count is low. Other tests are almost normal. Follow healthy lifestyle. Remain  hydrated. Daily exercise and yoga. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Diet rich in protein iron calsium and vitamins. Reduce stress level.
