Feet are warmer
My 3 years old daughter has had on and off fever for approximately 8 - 9 days for which we have given antibiotic. Now she is doing fine however every night we observe her feet(palm) get quite warm. Rest of the body stays normal only feet get little hot. Also on her back below shoulder I can see lot of rashes which are there for 3-4 days. Very small in size but lots of red dots which I can feel on her back.

It's normal for children to have warmer palms, soles and heads as compared to the rest of the body. If the whole body is warm or she's irritable or dull, measure the temperature and use paracetamol if it's 100 or above. For rashes, apply elovera cream twice a day, bathe her daily, keep your room cool with AC.
