Feet burning
When I get up from bed or seat I feel burning sensation at the bottom part of my feet and pain at the fingers joints

Please check your blood sugar status. (Preferably Hb A1 C). These are signs of peripheral neuropathy(Nerve damage). Usual cause is diabetes melitus

Start vitamin d and b12 supplements. Wear soft cushioned footwear and avoid barefoot walking.
