My sister is 27 yrs old. Her LMD is 28th June however she missed her periods last month and on doing a pregnancy kit test, the result is positive. She has one and half yrs daughter by c-section and is not ready for this child now. She also has health issues like underweight, thyroid etc. Please advise is it safe if she decides to abort now ?

Safe but be aware with thyroid it may give u trouble during pregnancy due hormonal disbalance so be in contact with gynae.

If health conditions are normal then no need to abort this.if she doesn't want to bear the pregnancy ,then she can abort this .there is no harm up to eight week's pregnancy.
