Fertility problem
My sperm count is low. So my doctor suggested me to use Fertyl Super.I am using these tablets from 5 months but very less improvement in my sperm count.Please suggest how cab I increase my sperm count.

Hello, you have not mentioned what is your sperm count? If it is too low it is little difficult to increase. You are taking right medicine to increase your sperm count, but it not 100 %predictable. Avoid stress, do regular exercise, jogging increases your testosterone level, avoid stress, have good night sleep at least for 7 hours of quality sleep, eat ghee, Eat fish, Eat whole egg, these have cholesterol which help to increase your testosterone level intern sperm count, avoid smoking drinking or any other bad habits, Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. And continue that medicine along with this, and get follow up semen analysis after 2 months.
